Diet

High Protein High Carb Diet multiple small meals lots of water: Protein helps build and restore muscles and also provides bursts of energy. Carbs produce alot of energy that can be stored and used for long periods time how ever to many carbs or carbs at the wrong times will cause weight gain and drain your energy try eating your carbs and before your final meal. Breaking up your diet into multiple small helpings rather than a few large helpings will help increase your metabolism which will help lose weight and also produce energy. Water obviously keeps people hydrated the more you exercise and sweat the more water you drink. Water also helps transport nutrients to your cells and other body parts and helps your body absorb nutrients better. It also increases the speed of your metabolism which produces energy and promotes weight loss.


MEAL SUGGESTIONS:


Meal1:
Eggs
Toast and peanut butter
Fruit


Snack:
Protein Shake
Energy Bar
Jello or yogurt-Helps keep joints strong and healthy


Meal3:
Tuna fish or Meat and cheese sandwhich
Nuts


Snack :
Protein shake
Fruit
Jello or yogurt


Meal5:
 Lean meat-fish-or chicken
Potatos


Snack:
Protein drink
fruit
nuts


Drink water in regular intervals and when needed throughout the day.

  1. I need to drink more water! Do you follow this regimen? Do you really think a meal consists of fruit and nuts? This is not enough! I need some red meat. I am now cooking steak for supper in honor of this blog!

  2. The fruits and nuts are mainly just snakes to keep the metabolism working and hold you over for the real meals like the eggs sandwhich or chicken
